Interviewee arrived in AG from late July 2003, he generally discusses the interrogation process and the interrogation rules of engagement (IROE). Interviewee noted that strategies, like sleep deprivation required prior approval from the senior interrogator. Also noted, however, that MPs did "a cursory job of enforcing interrogation phases such as sleep and meal schedules." Interviewee did not recall seeing guard dogs present, used or requested.
